In this second edition, Giovanni Maciocia provides a Tradicional Chinese Medicine (TCM) classification of mushrooms as well as his observation that TCM mushrooms can treat Candida. In addition, an overview of Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum /Ling Zhi) is provided. Finally, the use of Coriolus-MRL and Cordyeps-MRL for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and increasing VO2 Max is outlined from the perspective of a MRL sponsored triathlete Chad Hawker.
