In this article Prof. Amin Karmali investigates the comparative concentrations of enzymes such as peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, glucoamylase, glucose-2-oxidase and secondary metabolites in three diferente mushrooms: Inonotus obliquus (Chaga), Auricularia auricula and Poria cocos. The results are shown in the absence or presence of digestive enzymes.
